
Ruby's Place
New Construction of a 9 story, 72-unit supportive housing facility. Block and plank construction. ARMA was retained early in the construction phase. The project was undergoing foundation work and had run into some issues with unforeseen underground conditions. ARMA performed Construction and Close-out phase services. This project was moving slowly when we were engaged with communication issues between the architect and contractor. We opened the lines of communication with the project team and facilitated communication with the government entity that was part of the process.
