ARMA was retained to perform Project Organization, Pre-Construction, Construction, and closeout services. To date we have assisted the parish and diocese in building the anticipated scope of work and budget, retained the architect through a competitive bid procedure, and secured an abatement contractor to abate the entire exterior façade of asbestos containing paint. This was done out of the typical construction sequence as to allow the architect to accurately document the exterior restoration work needed in order to provide accurate drawings for contract. A contractor has been selected and restoration is anticipated to commence in late February with a mid-late summer completion.
