KOW was retained during the final design stages of the pre-construction phase.  The contractor was in place and we were brought in at a time where we could provide assessment of the final coordination and contracts prior to construction commencement.   KOW works closely in conjunction with WSFSSH development staff to bolster their team with our technical knowledge and process understanding.
